Additionally, a 500 Internal Server Error error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
The problem is caused by incorrect settings on the files or folder you are trying to access and it will display the error.
By setting the permissions of folders and files incorrectly, it will display the respective error.
For example, the permission of a folder must not be 777 or 755, the permission of the file must be 644 NOT 777, access problems cause the error explained and they can be solved from cPanel > File Manager by setting the correct permission to folders/files.
